Artem Joukov

Artem Joukov is originally from Saint Petersburg, Russia, and he moved to the United States in 2000. Since coming to America, Artem majored in Mathematics and History in his undergraduate studies, obtained a law degree from The University of Alabama, and then enrolled in MBA studies at Florida State University with a Specialization in Finance. While enrolled in the MBA Program, he continued to practice law full-time in Tallahassee, taking a mixture of a full-time and part-time load of classes. After completing his degree at Florida State, Artem is pursuing a Ph.D. in Finance at the University of Southern California.

While at Florida State University, Artem had five law review articles either published or accepted for publication and served as a Research Assistant to Dr. Irena Hutton and Dr. David Orozco. In particular, he helped with editorial work for the American Business Law Journal. Prior to the conclusion of his studies, Artem was inducted into the Golden Key International Honour Society and the Phi Kappa Phi Honor Society. He plans to use the knowledge and experience he gained at Florida State University to contribute to Financial and Economic literature during his Ph.D. studies and after the completion of that degree.
