Stephanie Gipson, from Vernon, FL., is currently a second-year master’s student in the sports nutrition program She plans to continue her academic career with a PhD in Exercise Physiology. Her research focus is in supplementation and cardiovascular disease. Her past work has included firefighter’s turnout suits, collagen peptide supplementation, and lycopene supplementation on oxidative stress. Even though she is familiar with the lab, she loves interacting and educating on nutrition and exercise to help people change their lifestyles.
