GradWorld FSU- Hungarian Master's Student in Communication | Hungarian | Questionnaire | March 19, 2019

Daniella Horvath is a graduate student majoring in Public Interest Media and Communication. Originally, she is from Budapest, Hungary, where she earned her bachelor’s degree is Commerce and Marketing. Before coming to Florida, she had been working as a reporter for a nationwide television program in Hungary. As she loved what she had been doing, she decided to pursue a master’s degree in the field. In May 2018, she became a student at The Center for Intensive English Studies. During the Fall 2018, she was a dual enrolled student and kept learning English at CIES while taking a graduate course at Florida State. In the meantime, she was working as a marketing assistant for the Division of Student Affairs Marketing and Communications Office. She joined FSU as a full-time student from Spring 2019 and is currently in the program. Besides taking three classes, she is working as a teaching assistant. In her free time, Daniella enjoys dancing, reading novels and creating videos. She is also determined to brush up on her Spanish. Upon graduation, she would like to work for a television program, in which she can use her multicultural experience and work on documentaries about diverse and multilingual people.
