Jeremy D. Owens is an Associate Professor in the Department of Earth, Ocean and Atmospheric Science with an appointment at the National High Magnetic Field Laboratory at Florida State University. In 2022 he was selected as a Sloan Research Fellow and was a science fellow for outreach with the National Network for Ocean and Climate Change Interpretation. His primary research interests include biogeochemistry and ancient climate to better understand the co-evolution of life and environments.
